Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account or using the 4dyes3 platform in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be fully bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are required to stop using the platform immediately.

These terms and conditions form a legally binding agreement between you as the user and 4dyes3 as the platform operator. The 4dyes3 platform operates under international licensing and is subject to all regulations imposed by the relevant licensing body.

User Eligibility

Registration and use of the 4dyes3 platform are subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be met at all times:

• At least 21 years old on the date of registration and throughout continued use of the platform.
• Located in a jurisdiction that permits participation in online gambling activities.
• Not an individual who has been placed on a self-exclusion list or gambling prohibition list by any relevant body.
• Registering in your own name and not on behalf of any third party.
• Has not previously had an account terminated or suspended by 4dyes3 due to a breach of terms.

Account Registration and Management

Each user is only permitted to register and maintain one (1) active account on the 4dyes3 platform. Holding multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all related accounts and forfeiture of any balances held within them.

During registration, you are required to provide truthful, complete and current information including your full name, mobile phone number, date of birth and a valid email address. 4dyes3 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time through documents such as a national identity card (MyKad) or passport.

You are fully responsible for maintaining the security of your account password. If you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, please contact 4dyes3 customer support immediately.

Deposits and Withdrawals

4dyes3 supports several deposit and withdrawal methods for the convenience of Malaysian users. All financial transactions are processed securely and encrypted using the latest encryption technology.

Accepted payment methods:

• Online banking via FPX (including major Malaysian banks)
• Cryptocurrency — USDT, BTC and ETH

The minimum amount for each deposit and withdrawal is RM50. Withdrawal requests will be processed in under 1 hour once verification is completed. 4dyes3 does not charge any hidden fees for processing deposit or withdrawal transactions.

Deposited funds must originate from a legitimate account held in the name of the registered user. Transactions suspected of being linked to illegal activities or money laundering will be blocked and reported to the relevant authorities.

Bonuses and Promotions

All bonuses and promotional offers made by 4dyes3 are subject to wagering requirements and specific terms set for each promotion. Users are required to read and understand these terms before accepting any bonus.

Welcome Bonus: New users are eligible for a welcome bonus of 200% of their first deposit amount, up to a maximum of RM1,000. For example, a deposit of RM100 gives a bonus of RM200, bringing the total balance to RM300. To use the bonus, users must meet a wagering requirement of 25 times the bonus value — that is RM200 × 25 = RM5,000 in wagers.

Second example: a deposit of RM1,200 gives the maximum bonus of RM1,000, bringing the balance to RM2,200. The wagering requirement is RM1,000 × 25 = RM25,000.

• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn as cash before the wagering requirements are fully met.
• Bonus abuse, including the use of low-risk wagering strategies designed to meet wagering requirements in an improper manner, may result in bonus cancellation.
• 4dyes3 reserves the right to cancel any bonus if there is evidence of fraud or a breach of terms.
• A VIP programme with weekly cashback of up to 1.5% (Gold tier) is available to loyal members — further details can be obtained through customer support.

Wagering Policy

The 4dyes3 platform offers various types of wagering including sportsbook, online slots, live casino and crash games. All wagering outcomes are final once confirmed by the platform system.

In the event of a technical error or system disruption during a wagering session, 4dyes3 reserves the right to void the affected wagers and return the staked amount to the user's account. No additional compensation will be provided in such situations.

• Users are responsible for ensuring that wagers placed are correct before confirming the transaction.
• Wagering limits apply to each game and are subject to change without prior notice.
• Wagers placed during a network disruption cannot be guaranteed and users should check the status of their wagers once the connection is restored.

Prohibited Conduct

To maintain a fair and safe gambling environment for all users, the following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 4dyes3 platform:

• Use of automation software, bots or any third-party tools to access or use the platform.
• Bonus abuse through multiple account registrations or coordination with other users.
• Any attempt to hack, disrupt or exploit the platform's systems.
• Money laundering or the use of funds derived from illegal activities.
• Trading, transferring or selling a 4dyes3 account to another party.
• Using abusive language or making threats toward support staff or other users.

Limitation of Liability

4dyes3 will not be held liable for any losses arising from the use of this platform, including but not limited to financial losses from wagering activity, service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, or unauthorised access to a user's account due to the user's own negligence.

This platform is provided "as is" and 4dyes3 makes no guarantee that the service will operate without interruption at all times. Reasonable efforts will always be made to ensure continued platform availability.

Account Suspension and Closure

4dyes3 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of any terms and conditions in this document.
• Fraud or suspicious activity linked to the account.
• Failure to verify identity when requested.
• A self-suspension request by the user for responsible gambling reasons.

Users whose accounts are closed for reasons not involving a breach of terms are entitled to claim the remaining real money balance (excluding bonuses) in the account after the verification process is completed.

Personal Data Protection

The collection and processing of users' personal data is carried out in accordance with the 4dyes3 Privacy Policy, which applies alongside these terms and conditions. Your personal data is used solely for the purposes of identity verification, transaction processing, fulfilment of regulatory requirements, and service improvement.
